I would suggest:1. handlebars + seatflip upside down2. Front tire, front brakes3. back tire, back brakes4. final seat, handlebar, and gooseneck adjustments.You'll want something like the back of a hammer to push on the rear tire to be sure the chain is tight.a final pro tip - Squeeze the brakes before loosening the pads.The 4 stars are exclusive because the valve adaptor isn't included.6KU, that's just lazy.I'd like to first say that this is a good amount of bike for the money. If you have a general knowledge of bicycles, it's very easy to assemble and adjust. The bike came with a wrench and a set of hex tools which is enough to get the job done (the wrench is actually pretty nice). Being a single gear bike, less money is spent on drive train components, so the rest of the bike is of better quality than you'd find in a similar priced bike with multiple gears. The frame welds look good, the brakes are solid, and the Kenda no-name tires are decent. The downside I found was in the gearing. The gearing the bike comes with (46x16) has the wheels turning almost 3 times per every turn of the crank. For a seasoned cyclist, it may not be too big a deal, but someone new to cycling may find it to be a very tall gear which can be hard on the knees. Larger freewheels (gears) for the rear wheel can be purchased at your local bike shop, but a special tool is required for removal and installation, and the bigger gear will most likely require the installation of a longer chain. All in, you're looking at around $50 parts and labor to replace them both. If not for the gearing, I'd have given this bike an easy five stars.I’m absolutely thrilled with this bike. I’ve had it for a few weeks and I ride it 10 to 20 miles almost every day on my local bike path. It was cheaper here than on the 6ku website and plus I got free shipping because I have amazon prime. It came with the brakes already assembled and the rest was easy to put together. I did get a flat about a week ago and when I brought it into a shop to get it fixed they tightened up everything for me to the right torque pressures for free. I am 5’2” and I got the 52cm and it’s too tall for me so my boyfriend is buying this one from me and I plan on buying the same bike again but 49cm for myself. It is overall great quality for a cheaper bike. It has held up very well with little to no wear on it and I HIGHLY RECCOMEND it, it it so lightweight I can lift it above my head to put it on a wall bike mount at home and it is so much fun, just like you’re flying!Really like this bike. Had it before and it was stolen, but decided to rebuy this instead of another just cause I liked my first one a lot. My only reasoning for the 4 stars is that I think the seat railing thing has been low quality since it "can" break easily if you ride rough at all. It hasn't broke on my new one yet but the old one it did. Also in my particular case 2 of the axle nuts were missing in the package but easily can get them replaced anywhere. Overall good bikeI’ve been reading over the reviews and most of them are damages when shipping. Mines came in perfect condition and the assembly took about 30mins. After using it for 3 days so far the seat can get a bit uncomfortable so I am planning to upgrade. When riding it feels pretty smooth and has no issues on the road. I did however pedal really fast once and the chain broke loose of the bike, luckily I didn’t fall. I’m not sure if it was the way I placed it or just the bike.Assembling the bike took more than expected, but it was not that hard.Once I started riding it the back tire kept hitting the brakes and the brakes wore out a lot. I tooked to the bike shop and they told me the back tire was unbalanced and needed truing. Needed to pay for the serviceJust got my bike yesterday, packaging was greats all parts were well secured and protected. Assembly was about 20mins, very easy. You will need a presta valve pump for inflating the tires, you can pickup at any walmart or Aamazon will have them as well. Test ride was fantastic, I weigh over 250bls and the bike handle great not a problem. Comes with the flip flop hub on rear tire which is preacembled on the resting hub. if you want to go fixed you will have to flip the rear tire round.. Al principio tenía mis dudas, pero valió cada centavo. Llevo ya 3 meses con ella y la uso todos los días para ir al trabajo, al rededor de 15 km diarios, y hasta el momento no me ha dado ninguna falla. Silenciosa, rápida y ligera.
