The unit itself is fine. Replaced the one on my 2001 RAM 2500 and it drives much better now. HOWEVER, the Amazon listing says Post-purchase rebate: $100.00 Rebate forms. You don't know if any particular model/unit is eligible for the core rebate until AFTER you buy it and check the rebate site.In my case, the site said no rebate was available (so that cost me $100 extra). I've sent 2 emails to the rebate support email asking for clarification with no response.So, bottom line, assume you are going to pay the full price for the unit because the rebates are unknown.
